I would give a zero if I could. Came last Friday to see a banker, but system was down. Left my name and number and was told someone would call to make an an apt for me. No one called. Scheduled my own apt online for 11am Friday. Showed up at 10:50 said I had an apt and showed my confirmation. The banker, Karen, said someone will be with you shortly. The other banker, Renee, also said we’d be helped. At 11:05 Karen asked to see my confirmation AGAIN and said Renee would see me. You could visibly see that the bankers were going back and forth of would would see us. So Karen decided to leave for lunch and after Renee’s scheduled call she’d helped me. The manager knew the situation and never attempted to fix or help the situation. At 11:15 still not seen and no one spoke to me. Got up and left. My apt would of been simple and easy. Just needed my name changed because I got married. Just an apology would of gone a long way. I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 2006 and have never experienced service like this. Will never be back at this location.

My experience has gone from great to the worst. I’m begging to try and set up a business account with wells but it’s been 3 weeks and NOTHING yet! Wow! At least suggest a bank that is open to doing business or something!

I went here waiting to get a certified check. I was 30 minutes early prior to the branch opening. Branch manager came to my car and ran me off because they had “opening procedures”. I get it but he was sort of a jerk about it and what made it worse was he didn’t even put out his cigarette before approaching my truck so now the entire inside my truck smells like cigarette smoke. I processed to go downtown and waited inside for them to open....hmmm!

Went in this morning for work. Was treated like second class citizen. They are rude & do not try to apologize for it either. Based on my experience here...I would never do banking with them.
