***WARNING!*** AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!! THIS LOCATION WILL ROB YOU RIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND JUST TELL YOU "THAT'S HOW IT IS." This location is full of thieves. They will charge you for gas regardless of what the gauge reads. I just rented a truck and drove it literally 7 miles. I then put $15.00 upon return. They charged me another $17+ for gas. The needle was in the same place it was upon return as when I picked up the truck. I plan on making complaints wherever possible. It's not about the money. It's about being robbed.

I am a female customer & have rented from this location & team at least five times over the last few years. The current manager, Daphne, goes out of her way to help you as does the full crew. I only go to this location. It is affordable & they have a broad range of quality equipment. Thanks UHaul team.

Ordered a tow hitch from this U-Haul 3 weeks ago. They scheduled the appointment for 4/13/22. I was told by the person who stated he was the one who would be installing the hitch that it probably would be sooner and that they would call. I called on 4/12/22 to confirm the appointment, and I was told that the parts had not arrived. I asked for someone who would know when the parts would arrive. I was told they would call me. On 4/13/2022 I called again and asked for an approximate eta on the parts . I was told again that the parts had not arrived and the their installation tech had gone somewhere else and they did not know when I would be rescheduled. I canceled the order. I will never use uhaul again.

I waited on hold 33 minutes a message kept repeating itself for faster service you can go online I guess that means self-serve at the same high price and basically you have to figure out how it their system works without any live help huge disappointment sounds like there's room for another rental company to give live old fashioned service instead of making the customer do all the work
