Had to call them about seven times before I actually reached a human being, then I was transferred to a different department and given a name of who I should ask for regarding my call, apparently the name did not come up in their data base. I was subsequently transferred again to another voicemail and have yet to hear back. I am trying to be really fair and considerate, each person I talked with was very nice and great, however I would actually give this two stars not regarding the facility itself but the lack of contact and coordination about my letter. It has been weeks possibly months since my letter was received by them and had I not called I would not have any idea how it works, especially if you deal with severe mental illness as I do, it just feels like they or the facility don't really care to give me or anyone the time of day.
