Waited over an hour just to pick up my glasses. Ryan took his time with other people without even saying “hello”, “i’ll be with you in a second”, or “thank you for your patience”. Basically ignored me completely while I stood there waiting for an hour. I guess once you pay for the glasses, they don’t care about the service anymore. Won’t be returning.
