I recommend for people on a budget. They’ve recently renovated the place and it looks a lot nicer than most of the 1 star reviews from 1 or more years ago. Though the rooms aren’t the top of the line quality, but they are clean, beddings smells good and no stains of any sorts. Well within the value of what they are charging. And the staffers are nice.

it's your standard, run-of-the-mill motel. Cheap, not very clean a lot of the time, a lot of bad characters usually a lot in the parking lot. I think that's the worst of it, the people in the parking lot. There's one pokestop when you go there so that's cool. The staff seemed nice however, but you probably don't want to go out of your way to ask for extra towels or anything like that.

I travel often for my business, and this was one of the worse motels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy and the floors were disgusting. The walls were so caked with dirt, grime, and filth, I don't think they have been cleaned in years. When we called the office to request a new shower curtain (because it was covered in mold and mildew) and a bottle of bleach (so we could clean the bathroom since they obviously did not know how), we were told "If you want clean room, check-out is 11am". HOW RUDE! I will never stay here again, regardless of the price (which is NOT worth it). If you are in the area and need a decent hotel for a decent price, I recommend the short drive to Streator for The America's Best Value Inn.
