Samyia J. Was our server. She was great very kind, attentive and energetic. We both had the 19oz Ribeye was cooked perfectly. My husband had baked potato, I had the sweet potato (she brought 2) because one was small and she wasn't going to serve a small one. Very nice dinner

We went to have a good steak my boyfriend and I I asked for medium and got raw steak it was so raw the meat was not cooked at all and barely cooked on the outside my boyfriend got a medium rare his was cooked right mine got slapped on the hindend and sent out will not be comming back

So let me start off by saying that I typically enjoy going to longhorn for dinner and have been many many times. I also know that a restaurant has its times and the experience isn’t amazing. However, I believe a manager should always be doing his best to keep his customers content, within reason. My waitress was great and did her best with a party of 8 during dinner rush on a Friday night. However, half of our table did not receive our food anywhere close to when the other half of the table received their’s. When they finally brought out the food, half of our party was half way done with their’s. On top of that, the food was cold like it had been sitting there for however long. We told our waitress, and she said she would inform her manager. We saw her tell him. He ended up taking 10% off, which was nice, but it was less than $2 of the bill and basically didn’t make a difference. I would not have cared about him taking anything off the bill if he had been more professional. This manager made absolutely no attempt at trying to talk to us about our meal like any other manager at any other restaurant would do. In fact, it seemed like he was intentionally avoiding talking to us. The whole thing just felt snubby and like we were a big inconvenience for not being thrilled about cold food. I will still continue to eat at longhorn, but not as long as that particular manager is there.
