Lack in customer service skills and very unprofessional. Their speaker system is not great at all. It’s very low and hard to hear from both ends.

Placed an online order at 8:46pm for a 14 piece family with 2 large sides..... Instead I get three small containers of what looks like old Mac and cheese and a partially filled rice and beans. I knew this location closed at 10pm but wasn't expecting such a let down of food. Will definitely avoid this location for future orders.

Drive through was backed up selling cars deep it's all going side it took a while to get my order but they did it right everything was good so it was clean employees doing the best I can

How is it with at least 8 employees in staff, they literally can only take an order and fill it before taking the next order? I mean literally one order at a time?

Their policy is to make every order fresh sometimes it's an inconvenience

And then on a Friday night when cars are wrapped all the way around the building they're out of biscuits I have to wait 10 minutes for the biscuits to cook. How does that grab you thank you
