This has to be the most slowest receiving been here 5 hours and they have only unloaded 3 trucks and each truck only had 8 rolls of pulpboard on each one only one person unloading and they unload one roll and then disappears for about 25 minutes and takes another 😴. This facility doesn't even deserve stars they should receive unemployment papers for they sure are not earning a paycheck.🤬👎🤦‍♂️ PCA in Winter Haven FL is best have never been there over 30 minutes getting unloaded 👍

These people have no people skills there unbelievably slow unloading,most pca's can have you unloaded in 20 minutes or less,there's only 6 to 8 rolls on a trailer, been here for 2 hours?????

I would give 0 stars if possible. Filthy place, rude people. Here an hour before appointment time, not put in door until 90 minutes after. Was told by the unloader that "he didn't care how long I had been here". For certain, I will never return. BTW, in Florida, storing rolls of paper outside?? Seriously??
