These rooms are better than expected. Visited in laws why they stayed there. Right on the beach too. A lot of people that stay there have pets and they like to bring them to the pool so don't be alarmed. Would stay here...........

Ocean front only means I can see it. Remodeling the poolside I had no access to the ocean except to crawl across the concrete wall to get there. I'm 68 years old and that's not going to happen. Room itself was good. Bed slept well and air was perfect. But you'd think with no access and no pool they would of adjusted the rate a little but still costed me $1,000 for three days. Been coming here for years but this will more than likely be my last.

The front desk staff is disrespectful as they come. Booked a reservation a year in advance with a note to keep us on the 2nd floor for our handicap dog and they moved us to the 3rd floor and charged us 500$ more than we reserved the room for . When we had a problem with this out one they refused is service and out is out in the middle of the night 13 hours away from home. Do not waste your money here . They will overcharge you and disrespect you completely

Don't give out 5 stars often. Bill at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Can't say enough about Bill. He set the tone from the start. Room clean and beds was comfortable. I'm on oxygen and it was great to walk out of room to the pool area. We will be back. This is a great place to stay at.
