Leaves a lot to be desired for a machine shop. I took A&K an aluminum pulley I needed the center bore enlarged from 5/8 to 3/4. First time I got the pulley back the hole was the correct size but off center so bad I could not run the pulley due to wobble. So I took it back to see if they could correct their mistake and they said they would take care of it. This time I got the pulley back and they enlarged the hole and re-centered it then sleeved it to what I assumed was the correct size. Well to my surprise the new sleeve is .02 off and won’t fit on the spindle. I figured this would be a simple job for a machine shop apparently I was mistaken. I don’t think it’s worth giving them a 3rd shot even though I was charged $75 just to enlarge a hole 1/8.

They may be able to do it all I can tell u is to call up there and ask to speak to Robbie ....they do all of our fab work and do a great job with it
We are capable of handling this. It would be more cost effective to shear it @ $ 75.00. We look forward to doing business with you.
