I have only had to use this service to receive a delivery for the office I work at, but my experience was amazing! I called the company to ask for a courtesy call so i could be ready for the delivery and the shipment was already out for delivery so Micheal called dispatch personally and gave them my information to be able to do that for me. The driver, Richard, was very polite and was a hard worker. He kept me updated on how long it would be and if he hit any traffic so I wasn’t waiting long on the delivery. What a great experience!

absolutely terrible company. Scheduled a delivery of thousands of dollars worth of product. they arrived outside their delivery time without even a phone call and left all our stuff that was supposed to be inventoried and signed for on the street!!! not even in my driveway. When I called and spoke to the manager Mike, his stance was they do deliveries all the time without calling and just drop it where it is because all they have is a lift gate and pallet jack. Ok, so why didn't you pallet jacket into the driveway? Blocked our entire street. no notice of delivery. I don't know if everything is even there . When I asked to speak to his boss I was denied.
