I am currently a patient at Vibra Hospital in New Bedford. To start the 5 STARS Physical Therapy employee have been working with me. I am truly impressed. It is hard for me to get moving and they have scheduled me around my abilities. For me the biggest thing is I am a man in my late 30's. Before this totally independent & Pride full. I can't even put it into words except I can't wait to work with them. I feel like there isn't anything wrong with me. The nursing, nursing aids, cleaning stall 5 stars. I was blown away with the nutritionist. Some of her nutrition regiments are cutting edge and from previously using some of the products. To compare Beth Israel 1 star vs Vibra 5+ Stars. The passivity for being as old as it is. It is still nice but is in definitely in much need of upgrades and remodeling. If done in my opinion if done there would be a waiting list to get in as well as whatever they are paying the staff is not enough even if they doubled it. I am coming from Beth Israel Hospital Boston where I was treated like a number not a person. I have only been a patient for a short time so far. I have a lot to say about it though. Since the moment I arrived I have been shown nothing but kindness, compassion, help and treated not as a number but a person. After a 5 week stay at Beth Israel and before that 0 STARS for Cape cod Hospital Hyannis which was the worst experience of my life.

There are 3 people in particular in this facility that I'd like to comment on; Jericho. Helmer and Sheila. These 3 employees go above and beyond their duties. They respect the patient. You can really tell that they really care about the patient they are caring for. With people like this, it can make your stay a great one. I recommend this facity to myself, family and friends.

My son just spent a month there the staff of nurses is amazing. His favorite of course was Anna she treated him with such care and answered all of his questions. The wound care center was top notch. And when it was time for him to leave they spent time ensuring we knew what to do in order to continue his care. Jeff his physical therapist as well as Cam the occupational therapist were awesome and gave him the encouragement and support that he needed to get back on his feet. Case management was caring and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this place if you have a loved one who needs continuing care.
