I am sorry to be posting a negative review here but it is what it is. I was pleased with the quick response to my problem initially; on September 2nd the moldy drywall was cut out as well as the moldy insulation. Other people were to then come out and repair everything and paint the room. It is now September 30th and nobody has returned my calls nor called me. So today I cancelled with SERVPRO. When looking up their phone number I came upon other negative comments from other customers about other SERVPRO locations. I wish I had looked there before I contacted them.
