This company agreed to pick up my one barrel from my basement apartment, which is literally 5 steps down from street level. They agreed to pick on a Saturday between 7-4pm. They called the first Saturday claiming that the driver has an emergency and couldn't come. The next Saturday I again remained at home waiting. They called saying the driver had technical issues. They said they would come the following Monday. I took the day off from work. They called again to say the driver had an accident. The driver simply did not want to do a pick up from a basement apartment in my opinion, as well as other people I spoke with. This is unacceptable, these drivers need to be rid of if they cannot ethe job. I called another shipping company and my barrel was picked up with no problems. I can promise anyone, Laparkan will never, ever again get my business. Soooo!! Disappointed 😞😡!!
