My order was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm 4/16/2022 and I was there to pick it up. An Asian lady in front desk asked for my name and I gave her my name. She looked around behind her there was only one order, she looked at the receipt and she said it is not yours. She went to the kitchen and came with white Caucasian lady said to me, sorry your order is not ready because it was not paid for. I showed them again my confirmation number that was texted to me and they were still reluctant to give me my order and it was behind them all this time finally the two characters talked to each other and one of them picked the only bag behind them and said this is your order, and everyone was watching and it was very crowded. I live in Scottsdale and I heard about your restaurant a lot, good food and good place. So I said let's try the the food because my expectation was set at a high scale. Unfortunately I am now very disappointed I believe that the homeless people in your area show more respect to people than your employees I gave you one star that you don't deserve it for my humiliation in front people while my food was getting colder. Five months later I visited the restaurant four more times and sat in this time. The previous employees were gone and service was excellent and first class. The food delicious and warm. Actually it is the only restaurant in Arizona my daughter and I enjoy. You got five stars and don't count the old review.
