Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the parking. I'm a commuting graduate student and haven't had to use the campus for much but trying to find which lots are designated for us was a little challenging to start. The library itself is good and I'll definitely continue to use it.

No, they don't have a fax machine. The only fax machine on campus is in the Bartels building across the yard from the library.
