Billing is HORRIBLE..not getting 10% discount for paying in 30 days called the billing questions phone number in the invoice was told "where an extension of day Kimball call the hospital" and that's when calling the "day Kimball" billing number on the invoice..called the hospital after going thru all the options only able to get back to this bogus day Kimball extension ..now this morning there's another sperate $30 charge..no billing invoice no date of service..no insurance company EOB on end??? I've been going thru this since Feb..(I'm even getting billings with the correct copay but the total charges for services does not agree with the EOB and be received from my insurance vo. Bad enough having to battle lung cancer but this billing stuff is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!??? Going forward after chemo is completed I'll be seriously considering going to Backus just due to your billing "extension" and lack of an avenue to resolve it...oh and fud mention to prior double billing (that I was able to get resolved and ever since then nothing but run abound and I resolved questions/corrections)

Awful to be hospitalized here. Zero communication even when patient is diminished capacity and you are legal proxy. Short visiting hours so if it doesn’t fit your work schedule you will need to take time off work just to visit. Staff is unpleasant about answering simple questions and treat family like an extreme inconvenience. We have had several stays here and all of them were bad. Please drag yourself to another hospital if you can.

Had to visit the ER last night. The best hospital experience I ever had. Everyone is so professional and so pleasant. I’m glad I went an xtra few miles for a much better environment. I want what they’re having. Lol Seriously, I Thank You very much. David Hebert

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Inconsiderate and unprofessional scheduling and treatment. Horrible central scheduling worked by, legit, one person. Scheduled a physical for my teenage sibling. They called me the day of, after 3 previous calls, to mention that a legal guardian needed to be present. How hasn't that been mentioned before? Extremely frustrating process. Look elsewhere for health concerns.
