😳CUSTOMERS OR OWNER, PLEASE REPLY: Ok, my husband seems to love this place for breakfast but I have a few reservations about it, so I've only been about 2 or 3 times. The good review is the breakfast food tastes ok, they have a very large selection of foods on the menu and service is pretty fast. The service staff are generally accommodating if you have questions or problems with your meal. However, unfortunately, EVERYTIME I walk in the door, there is a very unpleasant and strong smell! The first time we were told they had just finished mopping floors and they apologized. The next time I went the same musky like smell was still there. I assumed the same thing and commented they should mop at the end of the workday rather than during business hours to prevent exposing the customers to this smell. Several months later I returned for breakfast and, although more subtle than usual, the smell was still there. It almost gives the aroma of mold and gives the impression that the restaurant is unclean. It lingers the entire time I have been there. I took my food home for leftovers and heated it the next day. Lo and behold....that SAME smell!! Now I don't if it is a result of poor cleaning of facility or cooking utensils, spoiled food... or maybe as simple as a seasoning, herb, spice or other food ingredient that I am unfamiliar with. Whatever.....it stinks🤢 So far, neither me nor my husband has gotten sick from the food. But I hope the owner reads this review, and looks into it. Meanwhile, it doesn't seem to bother my husband but I would LOVE to know if others have the same experience with the smell as I have. I read some reviews but haven't seen any similar complaints so far. Until I hear an explanation, I don't plan to go back! Please reply....

Well first of all my food probably would have been great if I didn't have to share it with the bugs that was in the booth where I was sitting...I asked for a manager waited 30 minutes the manager never came to the table, the waitress never came back either...I don't have bugs at home why would I want to go out and eat with them. Called today asking for a refund because I didn't want to make a scene in Evergreen Park...Manager offered me a gift certificate SIR, I WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN WHY WOULD I WANT A CERTIFICATE TO RETURN?!

I haven’t been here in a awhile because I was always sending my food back. Today I didn’t feel like driving further down. Came in and noticed the upgrade in uniforms and they painted. It’s not crowded in here . I was seated and given water shortly afterwards. So I looked over the menu .I already knew I wanted simple pancakes. I just was iffy cause of previous experiences so pancakes it is or was. No one came in the 5min to take my order. It’s not even crowded in here. I flagged a worker down and she let management or whomever he might be know . He apologized and just told her to take my order. See this is why I’m officially done! It’s always an issue with mw and this place. When they first opened it was good no issues . Over the years the food is a hit or miss! But u never go wrong with pancakes

Just ordered doordash from here…. Def. not impressed. Nice selection of items, however… my meat lovers skillet, was literally meats (sausage bacon etc) tossed in a skillet with veggies, and topped with cheese. Nothing was melted together, it was literally all loose in a container as though it went down the line and one person put a scoop of cooked veggies someone else a scoop of meets then someone else cheese and done. No salt. No pepper. No seasoning of any kind… to put it short… it was BLAND. For $20 … I expect more. I spent over $50 for two people… and feel like I could have spent less somewhere else for the same quality.
