We went for dinner; the service was very slow; the cocktails were good; the snails were very tasty; but the cut of meat was hard and dry, the place really disappointed me; my companions also left with a bad taste in their mouths and annoyed at the price paid and the quality of food we got, according to the "fine dining" category, but honestly it falls short; if the other dishes on the menu are like that, I definitely do NOT recommend it at all!

We went for dinner, the escargots excellent, the main dish was disappointing, not very good taste, not well seasoned at all,we asked for Boeuf Bourguignon and bouillabaisse, really disappointing!;desserts just ok;and more expensive than expected, the service very slow!;we will never go to this restaurant again

I got a chicken club sandwich for lunch with a salad. The sandwich was ok and the salad was ok. I have only had 1 meal there but so far it has tasted like an average meal. I am open to the fact that I didn’t get any actual French dish and I’m sure they have great French food

That's a good question, Martin. Since they are both a bakery and restaurant of great notoriety the answer should be found relatively easily. As a patron, I do not know the answer.
If it's for breakfast in the middle of the week then you can come, at least that's what we did. At other times, I think you should make a reservation
Ask directly to the restaurant. We were 8 adults as well and we had 1 table for 8.
You can request an accommodation, however you're options will be limited compared to their full menu.
I THINK Q'LO BETTER TO ASK DIRECTLY TO THE RESTAURANT.

Eat at the bar yiu can get seated almost anytime for small paritee of two
Yes
Street level restaurant. But bathrooms are lower floor.
Balthazar is quite busy and more of a scene for people watching and good food. The service is very good , food there is delicious, and they have e a smart well selected wine program. If you are looking for a quiet corner, you aren't going to find it here, but going late night is quite something too...
Everyday!!!!!
Quintessential Thanksgiving Spot. Better get a reservation!
Yes. While you may be seated without one, Sunday brunch is vwry popular and a reservation is highly recommended. Not difficult to get one a day or 2 in advance, but day of can be messy.
