Continental breakfast was great. No real issues all week other than the shower supplies being completely empty but it was promptly taken care of so it's inconsequential. Seems like I'm never disappointed by holiday inn express no matter where it is.

The rooms were decent sized but the rooms appeared old and were not maintained properly. There was red stains in the carpet and when we moved the furniture a book was found underneath the furniture. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had a decent variety of options. Other hotel guests hungout in front of the hotel (drinking and smoking) making it look very unwelcoming. Would definitely not be going back to this hotel even if it was at a discounted rate. Definitely seek other hotels.

This has been the most family friendly hotel we have stayed in a long time. The front desk host was on her own and it was busy. We arrived and our room was not quite ready as the lobby was full of people coming and going. It was the first and last weekend of doing break for schools in our area. We were on our first weekend staying so we were relaxed no rush. The manager took our bags the kids changed in the pool area and went swimming while our room was being prepared. They brought our luggage to our room and brought my keys to me in the pool. My son made a buddy in 5 mins and my daughter and I got to hang out. The pool was so warm we actually asked if they could turn the heat down which is usually not the case and as an adult you end up fighting for space and trying not to get splashed in the hot tub. This was so warm and clean towels were always restocked. My so. And his friend went “exploring” as did about 25 other boys all night until about 11pm. They had so much fun walking the halls and sitting in the lobby playing on their phones together. Breakfast was supposed to from 7am-10am the next morning but at 11am there was still no rush to close down the breakfast room and coffee, tea, milk juice, and whatever food (hot breakfast not just a continental) was still left was available for guests. I called to ask for late check out and rather than 1 hour they offered me 2 extra hours since I had been delayed at check in. It’s rare to find good customer service anymore and when I find it I patron as often as it fits my need. This will be our go to hotel for the close to home weekend swim getaway next winter FOR SURE!!

Our host Calvin was Fantastic!!! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself needs a few updates, but room was clean and hot tub hot. Good breakfast.
