What an incredible place!!! We used it as a base to hike in Baxter State park (we skipped Khatadin and hike South Turner and Chimney instead) and then paddle on the lake for a day. The inn rents kayaks and there is an incredible waterway that has you gazing at Khatadin as you paddle (we forged two beaver dams and it was so worth it!). The lake has dozens of islands you can paddle to -- everything is available right off the dock. The breakfast is great and the folks who work there are simply wonderful. We also enjoyed the roof deck at the Trading Post next door - the pizza was fantastic and the leftovers made for great hiking lunch the next day. Can't recommend highly enough!

They have various types of accommodations such as rooms, small cabins, RV spots, large cabins, etc. restaurant on site is good. The food is tasty and the staff works hard to serve everyone. Convenient to tongue gate at BSP. Also has a convenience store and deli next door.

We stayed here for a night and had a blast. The service was excellent, the beds were wicked comfy, and the food was amazing. It's in a beautiful area in walking distance to 2 lakes. I would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Wedding ceremony and reception. Lori was super attentive. You never would have guessed how short- staffed they were. Food was great. Rooms are very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding.
