Such a gorgeous little campground right off of Route 16. I had a blast there between fishing, kayaking, swimming and just plain old relaxing! I will definitely be going back, I enjoy the hospitality and the genuine care for the customers who exchange the fruits of their labor for patronage at the campground. I definitely recommend this place, if only for a visit. Their prices are reasonable including their prices for boat rentals (canoe, kayak AND motorized boats). They ENSURED we had no neighbors within close proximity, this place went above and beyond to ensure mine and my family's comfort.

Nice campground, very clean with nice bathrooms and shower facilities. Have coin laundry available in a clean area next to shower house. Pavilion with free wifi next to that. Had horseshoes and also looked like canoes and kayaks to rent. Nice camp store with a lot of variety of things you may need or want. Nice swings and docks down by the lake. Nice area to swim and probably fish. Beautiful views all around the lake

I have been looking for a really nice place to go tent camping this summer. I found this campground and it looked beautiful. After reading 50 of the 100 reviews I am very confused. It appears if you have a dog or kids you are highly watched and are “ educated” by very rude behavior by the staff. I certainly understand there are rules to every campground but it seems like these owners and their staff really take it to an extreme, ruining peoples vacations. I’m sure there are two sides to every story so maybe the dog barked 3 times instead of 1 when a stranger walked thru their site. But to be told that the dog was bothering the whole camp ground I highly doubt. I appreciate people’s honesty and I appreciate the owners of the campground putting up the negative reviews they receive. Summer is about fun especially after living a year and a half with this pandemic, I would think the staff would be more courteous, professional and more in control of the words they use to try and control their guests. I don’t have young children and I wouldn’t bring my dog camping, my husband and I love camping and being in nature. But to tell you the truth I will not be camping here because of what was written about the staff and they scare me. People can always get their point across but there is no excuse for mean, rude or curt behavior.
