We woke to a leaking oil tank in our basement three days ago, Canal Fuel was out within the hour to patch it and we hired them to replace the tank as well. The team arrived two days later, they were exceptionally courteous and left the entire work area absolutely immaculate. This company made a great experience out of an unpleasant situation, highly recommend!

Been using for coming up on 30 years. Had to replace tank when pin hole leak was discovered by me. They came out immediately and plugged it and scheduled replacing the tank. Regan and Reggie delivered the new tank and removed the old one. They were excellent and very attentive to keeping things clean. Also, the installer, Derek did a first class job. Very meticulous and conscientious. Steve and Jason's service was excellent also. I highly recommend.

One of the worst companies i have dealt with.... i became a new customer of theirs and was told they would inspect my tank as a part of becoming a new customer. So when i got the oil delivery, the driver never inspected my tank, fills the tank and leaves. A couple days later my oil tank had a leak in it from rust on the bottom of the tank.... so all 200+ gallons of oil spilled everywhere! Long story short we have gotten the mess all cleaned, Canal Fuel told us to call them back when everything is done so we can figure something out. Well we called them back and they told us with an attitude that they arent going to do nothing because their driver "inspected" the tank. So let me get this straight we fill our tank, a couple days go by and the tank leaks of all the oil but their driver "inspected" the tank. Dont you think the driver would've saw the rust on the bottom and gave us a heads up! They decided to tell us that they werent going to do nothing after we had an environmental company come and clean out all the oil which has been 5 months of prepping and preparing and trying to pin point where all the oil went. Its been a headache and stressful not only because everything is a mess but we also have rebuild the inside of my house now. The fact they wouldnt help us just shows what bad customer service they have and they dont care! Would not recommend!
