Beyond dirty. Before we arrived they “upgraded” us. Room was beyond dirty. They showed us 2 other rooms. The hotel was so so dirty I was afraid to touch anything on the way to view the other 2 rooms. The second bed was in the kitchen. They refused to reimburse ANY of my $9,500 for the 5 nights we were meant to stay. We left immediately. When I saY everything was dirty I mean everything! All common areas, and bedroom floors walls, furniture, bathrooms. At check in they also took a $200 deposit for a parking permit that is refundable. Still have not received it back even after I’ve asked a month ago! Dirty dirty dirty! DO NOT STAY HERE! A total rip off! Total thieves!

I stayed at and had my wedding at the Nantucket Hotel in early September 2022 and it was an incredibly experience all around. Our guests raved about how kind everyone who worked at the hotel was from the front desk workers to the wait staff who served passed appetizers & drinks everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We got several emails / texts after the wedding about how amazing the food was some of my friends parents claimed the entree at our wedding reception was "the best meal they had on island all week." Leading up to the wedding the team was incredibly responsive and helpful even going so far as to coordinate with our wedding planners to help get the ballroom set up so that my family and bridal party did not have to lift a finger. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate both an early check in and late check out knowing that we had a ton of belongings with us to move from our suite. I can barely put into words what a flawless wedding day we had and it was in large part thanks to the Nantucket Hotel!
