I have been coming to Dr. Brown Jacksons office for the past 6 years for all of my dental needs and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Both Dr. Brown Jackson and her staff have always been extremely kind, caring and professional with each visit. I genuinely feel like I am part of a family there and I always look forward to my visits regardless of whether it's a routine visit or a procedure. I am very grateful to have this team watching over my dental wellness and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this office. I have been coming here for a very long time, and won't go anywhere else. It is always easy to make an appointment or call for assistance. They take the time to cover everything needed for any procedures, and always have my best interest in mind. Walked in with severe tooth pain and was turned away and told I "needed an appointment". I am currently in the market for a new dentist and I can promise, it will not be Jennifer Brown Jackson. I'll pull my own teeth before I go back.

Called to see if they can get me in fir a cleaning It says on there online address page that they take new patients !!! The girl was so rude and yelled at me that they are not online and hang up on me So rude ! I said ok if you booked until Christmas give me an appointment after so I at least get inn She hang up on me
