The actual repair was fine and the dryer was fixed with a $35 part. However I was charged $270 for labor and the technician was here 20 minutes. That equates to an hourly rate of $800! Outrageous! As a result I will NEVER use Sears Appliance repair again.

Scheduled oven repair and was given a time frame of between 10-2pm. Received text atound 10am changing the repair time for between 3:45 to 4:30. 2pm recieved a voice-mail stating they would not be able to repair today and to call back to reschedule. So now I have spent a whole day waiting for a repair that I'm not going to get. This company is extremely unprofessional and does not respect or value the customers time. Don't scheduled with this company unless you want to waste valuable time waiting for a repair your not going to get.

Checked our Hot water tank, which ended up just turning it up to get more hot water.. It all checked out fine.. Would recommend this man I am sorry, but forgot his name. Thanks Sandra
