below average restaurant. service was poor to mediocre. Breakfast took about 45 minutes to be served. Very slow service. pancakes were below par.

I heard a lot about this place and also from my friend who used to work there. This place was close to my hotel and I love tarts. The desserts were simply amazing and light to have for breakfast or anytime of the day. Next time I'll actually get a breakfast meal since it looked really good but I had rsvp elsewhere.

No, they have both indoor & outdoor seating. I think reservation is not a must
They could seat ten people together max, and that would be half the place. Def would need a res for that.
Don't know for sure but I would say by about 11.30 or so but quite a few of the breakfast items are in the lunch menu too. Being a Patisserie and Bistro, they are open all day.
