Stay away o/o unless you're hungry for money! Trucks are waiting on the nestle way to enter. I spend 1 hour waiting on the road, before I decided tonight 10/6/22. So if you like waiting for a load go for it. I'm not that hungry for a cheap heavy load. Stay away from 405 nestle way. I think Biden is managing this company.

After waiting 2 hrs in line check in and they said your your load not ready. Please reschedule. Very easy for them to screw you up. Im here in this location after 10 years still same.

I have been here several times and it has progressively gotten worse and worse. 4hrs waiting in the street. 8hrs load time. Extremely rude staff. I won’t be back; only writing the review to maybe save someone the headache

Yes, outside the guard gate there is slots like at a rest area.

The only thing i could say is pull to driver gate then go to booth and have pick up number ready
I always went up to the office, they kept me informed
