My love for beef jerky has been around since I was 8 years old. The beef jerky Ortman Farms has rejuvenated that love and opened the idea of what beef jerky is to me. Our cows are fed dry hay and baleage(grass) during the spring, fall, and winter months. During the summer months they will eat the pasture grass. Throughout the whole year, they are supplemented with a little grain which provides the cow with all the appropriate minerals needed for a healthy balanced diet.
We are a dairy farm but we do not sell finished milk products.
We take cash and checks in person. Online we take Paypal, Credit, and Debit. We are working towards and almost ready to take EBT.
