Little disappointed. The Ahi poke bowl was average. The crisp pork belly fried rice was inedible....the pork belly was dried out. The rice was crunchy not tender. 2 bites and I was done...$19 wasted. However the share plate pork spare ribs were excellent. I would go back just to get that!! Service was marginal ..but it is everywhere.

Wasn’t sure what to think of Asian food on an island up here but the food was got was actually pretty good. The crab rangoons were small, but delicious. My wife had the street noodles and I had mei goreng, both were very good. Our only hiccup was the first appetizer we ordered which was “tiger tots”. It didn’t occur to me that tots meant tater tots at an Asian restaurant, nor was it in the description. It just said pork spare ribs, ginger aioli, and ah-so sauce. Apparently this is a common occurrence and people send back the dish frequently as they did not want a pile of potatoes. Just beware when ordering the tots, otherwise I recommend this place.

I started with a delicious pina colada on the patio, and our party of 4 ordered nachos, fish tacos, sushi, beef skewers, and street noodles. It was all delicious (we shared) and the presentation was very appealing. We had a wonderful server also! :) She was very enthusiastic and friendly and knew the menu well. We also enjoyed the music and the vibe in general. Please keep the Tonsai Mule on the drinks menu!!

This review is primarily geared towards the wait staff. We went the other night and we made our waiter aware of a fish and shellfish allergy. When the food came out they said it was prepared only for a shellfish allergy. We had to get extra clarification that the food was properly prepared as the waiter failed to communicate with the kitchen that the food was for both. This caused unnecessary panic. We when to tiger fish specifically to get pictures with the koi fish cup and they told us they ran out of the booze that went in it. When asked if we could replace it with water or soda they said no it had to be booze and it would cost the same amount 26 dollars. Just fully the cup up with water. And to make it worse they were so upset with the tip amount that we left them after their poor service that they decided to gossip about it to a bunch of people on the island. We will never be coming back here again considering that they don't take allergies seriously and that tip amounts are something to gossip about after such a horrible service. The couches out back haven't been cleaned or dusted in ages. The food was good but overpriced.

Yes, dogs are welcome. I am hoping that you will enjoy your stay.
Hi! We re-open in early May, but our sister restaurant Poor People's Pub will be opening on April 15th, and has dog friendly outdoor seating.
