Love camping here!! Great location, great fishing, not too busy but not too secluded. UPDATE 8/2021: Since posting this review this campsite has BLOWN UP! It is overcrowded and full of discourteous, loud, messy, rude campers and the camp hosts are obviously sick of dealing with it as made evident by their grouchiness. Camp here if you love being cramped and surrounded by litter and noise pollution

On a recent roadtrip, this was the most beautiful place we stayed. There's a lot of distance between many of the campsites. The lake is an easy walk, and very beautiful. Just a great place to stay. Not fancy, not super primitive, it's a "Goldilocks" campground - just right.

Nice no frills campground with plenty of space between most sites. Some sites are right on the river.

Great time with the kids!! Fun fishing, catch and release for me very small rainbow trout, sometimes a little over crowded but absolutely love day trips and occasionally camping

Is has walk in spots at Greenough, Limberpine and Parkside. But you need to get there early. All those campgrounds are nice and close together for walking to lake. Enjoy

The camp is usually pretty full. It's a good idea to book a reservation.

Not a good place to swim. And the water would be too cold anyway

No. And the toilets are outhouses, and the water is from a hand pump well.
