This building is an eyesore on I-4, and a monument to unoccupied space. It must be close to 20 years in building. I think it's been only one man working there.

This building has been here " being built" in 2000 not sure how long it was there before then. Although it atleast has windows in it now. They just sell it to someone who can afford to finish it. Wasn't it owned by a religious organization?

I believe because it is paid for there's no loans no he'll not know anybody he pays by base for it piece by piece that's why it's taking so long
