This place is amazing. If you're beginners like me and my daughter or seasoned climbers like some of the people we met there it has everything. The variety of climbing difficulty and the wonderful staff cannot be beat.

Route variety on auto belays was pretty good for someone like me (5.9-5.11). More skilled climbers might need to bring a belayer. Pretty nice route setting, some routes were different from what I used to in Chatham GV. The gym is also a bit bigger. I've visited the gym SAT afternoon and it looked a little abandoned. Some ropes had only 1 route, some surfaces didn't have routes at all. Bouldering section looked good. Water dispenser didn't work. I think this gym deserves more attention especially in summer as you could train and then go to the beach :)

Great gym in a nice area. Came to NJ but we're from Colorado, gotta climb. So, brought the boys here. They are having a great time. Super nice young man working the counter. Clean & comfortable. Great place to spend the day.

Yes they have bouldering. I believe there membership fee is $67 a month. I'm not sure about military discounts
I think there is a belay pass which is cheaper. So, your parents can just get the belay pass and belay you. (As long as they are belay certified)
