It can hold I believe more than 200 people it's a ballroom, my agency host our annual Christmas parties there so yeah it's big and it has a stage beautiful staff as well, hope i helped
You will find parking space maybe not in front of the place but on the Avenue or in the block
Street parking is always horrible. It's better to use the parking deck across the street on the block of the state building.
