The food was GREAT at McDonald’s and it was fast that’s the only way this earns a ONE star! The lady at the cash register for McDonald’s didn’t know how to count change and shorted us… The total was 15.87 and I gave her a 20 plus the 87 cents so she should have just given us a 5…she gave us 4.95, I understand it is only 5 cents but come on… And when I went up to get my food I was wearing my SKV jersey which is a soccer club and the person handed us the food and as I walked away said “sporting kaw valley” in a baby mocking voice…

Well, it is a toll road stop, but I was happy to see it and stop for a few minutes. Clean and pleasant. What more could you ask for.

For a rest stop, the store was small and limited on restrooms. Had to wait 5 minutes in line, before I was able to take care of business. However, what made stop eventful was this semi!!!

The McDonald's on the turnpike was very slow during an early morning, Saturday visit. Yes, it is extremely convenient to not have to exit the highway, but when I am traveling, I want to make good time. I don't like having to wait 7 minutes to order coffee. They may have just been short handed this day.
