My first experience here was wonderful. However, I ordered a heavenly hash ice cream cake for my mother a couple of weeks ago and it was not good. The whipped cream icing tasted as if it had been in the refrigerator for weeks and weeks and it turned out to be Rocky road ice cream instead of the heavenly hash that I ordered. I called and spoke to Steve and he said the icing was probably sour. Shouldn't they have tasted it before they put it on the cake? He is willing to make good on the cake but the birthday is over and my disappointment can't be fixed. I drove 45 minutes because they're the only store that I could find that offers heavenly hash ice cream and then they gave me Rocky road. And for those of you that don't know heavenly hash ice cream is supposed to have almonds, chocolate chips and marshmallow sauce not almonds and little marshmallows. I don't even think I'm going back for them to make good on it it's probably not going to be worth the trip.
