You can carry everything because it stays in the locker, but you can only wear water bottle swimsuits, towels, sandals and water glasses, nothing more. You can not use the cell phone where the lockers are and you have to carry a padlock not very large normal size and if you do not wear swimsuits they do not let you in

Mens bathing suits must have mesh lining. So if your basketball shorts have a mesh lining then yes you may wear them in the pool

No this is a free pool. Outdoor pool hours are open daily from 11:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., with a break for pool cleaning between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Outdoor pools (except mini pools) will close for the season on Sunday, September 9, 2018. Mini pools will close on Labor Day.
