WARNING, CAUTION, NEGLECT : These "Veterinarians" (if that's what you call them) do not know what they are doing!!! I brought our cockatiel in just yesterday. She had a swollen foot, and has not eaten or drank water. I asked the "vet" to perform blood work and a x-ray, but she insisted that she did not need to perform one on my bird. Then she gave my bird Meloxicam, and it made my bird drowsy. My bird went to bed but by morning she was DEAD!!! If this so called "VET" did the blood work and x-ray as I requested (basically her JOB!!!) Then maybe my bird would still be alive. For those of you reading find a new veterinary and to these (so called vets, learn to do your JOBS!!!)

On Sunday, our Bully Pit was succumbing to her battle with having a failing heart. Her abdomen kept filling with fluid, she couldn't breathe without standing up(yet she couldn't stand up without us stabilizing her), She kept coughing and when she would breathe it was constant gurgling, she kept having fainting/blackout spells, and she wouldn't eat or drink. We knew what we had to do to end her horrible suffering. We stayed up with her all Sunday night and started calling local vets as soon as 7:30am Monday arrived. Over and over, we were told by the vets they couldn't get her in for at least 2-3 weeks out. (The poor girl wasn't going to make it another 2-3 days) Beth called the final vet we wrote down, Hometown Animal Hospital, and they fit us in and blessed us with a 3pm appointment that same day. Sure it was a tough, yet obvious, decision; but, this place made it a very tolerable and comfortable experience. Thank God for these understanding angels.

Love this vet! Everyone that works here is amazing and have been great to Chico. They accommodate all of Chico's needs! Will never go to another vet.

What a kind caring facility. Dr Lock was amazing along with her staff. We left know our precious Sunny was in good hands. We will becoming there for out other dog. Thank you for all that you did ❤
