Front desk is rude, they give patients medication without informing the family or guardian, they give you a hard time when you ask questions regarding your loved ones health…wouldn’t recommend this place to a animal

My 99 year old grandfather has been a resident of Preakness for the past 2 years. The kindness, decency, respect and love that he has been treated with it more than I could’ve ever asked for. The staff truly cares about its residents.

I can’t say how they treat the resident there, but who ever answers the front desk is rude. She tried to get me off the phone so quick when trying to explain something to her and also interrupted me in the middle of my sentence. Also after telling her what I guess she wanted to hear, she just said ok thank you and bye. Didn’t even see if I had any other questions or if I was finished.
