The building is now managed by Amber management. The consensus of most residents is that life at the Mariner has diminished significantly. Management is inept, unresponsive and has instituted cost cutting measures that impact residents. For example, the maintenance staff has been cut in half, concierge staff is inconsistent and communication with management is difficult and frustrating. Local construction projects creating noise and congestion are only adding to the diminishment of life at the building. Also, be aware that the “pet friendly” policy results in animal waste fouling common areas and disruptive barking is common. Don’t expect quiet any hour of the day or night. Beware and look carefully before you commit to a lease with this company.
