Horrible service from the guy at the back bar with a big beard! Attitude, threating me to “ take it outside” just because we asked for a glass of water and quicker service. Great way to lose loyal costumers from the Diplomatic comunity, Penrose! Keep it up!!!

One of the top bars in the Upper East Side. One in front and one in the back. Often used for private parties. The decor is old school while still feeling modern. Highly recommend. Burgers are great too.

Thanks for asking. We comply with all regulations set by the NYC governments and the Department of Health. In addition, We require all guests seated indoors to show vaccination cards and ID in accordance with NYC mandates. All staff sanitize regularly.
