Have been here for years and the food has never disappointed. Had Sunday Roast this time which had the roast beef juicy and tender. Scotch eggs were really decent too. Always love the banoffee pie which has been slightly changed throughout the years but consistently good. Note that they do not have a liquor license so you can only order beer, wine or a wine based cocktail.

Cottage pie was really good as was the fish and chips. The Yorkshire pudding/popover was terrible though, overcooked and dry
