The best burger I've had in New York. It's a small place, it's always full of people but it's worth the wait.

If you've come to read the review you already know what to expect. The experience is absurd from the way you arrive and enter. The place deserves a separate review, which I will not do. If you are lucky you sit without a line, sometimes the line starts on the street. But it's worth it. The burger is great. I recommend not to overcook it. If you want you can add some bacon and something else, but the original is fine too. The staff speaks Italian if needed (ie they speak Spanish and therefore Italian). tip cash only.

Not in the restaurant, but on the same floor of the hotel it is in. Worryingly, there is a key card lock on the bathroom door, allowing it to be restricted to hotel guests only. Thankfully, the bathroom was unlocked for everybody, no card needed.

I did not see any when I was there a few weeks ago but I wasn't particularly looking for them. What I can say is that it's definitely worth the trip to find out.
Combo which is has a cheeseburger, fries & soda is about $18-19 after taxes. Really good burger, you can share the fries if you want to cut back on $$
We were there around that time in January and the wait was only a few minutes, but it's open seating and it was packed. Finding a seat took longer than getting the food.
