If you want quality meat, this is the place you want to be. I travel from the Bronx to go and buy my meat at Casablanca. Though it might be a bit pricey it is sure worth it. Knowledgeable butcher, quality looking meats, and a cow on the counter who moos every time you walk past! Prices are what you would expect for good steaks. They have a good variety of meats - it feels like stepping back into a butcher shop in the 50's - the old New York atmosphere is priceless. I love supporting the shops which have been here forever.
