This place employee don't work at all, don't realize there customer need to work.2hours only 3 people got service. Seriously so so disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment a few days prior to my visit. The office was clean with all patients wearing masks. I waited about 5 minutes then called in at the exact time of appointment. The phlebotomist was very professional, friendly and excellent at drawing blood.

Friday 9/2/22 I was there and the worker cacasion heavyset woman was very rude obnoxious snappy no help and raised her voice if you ask her anything it’s obvious she does not want to work she was determined to make me wait bc i didnt have an appointment and was encouraging me to leave I had to wait bc i needed the procedure done for my job there was no one there and she still made me wait for hrs and kept calling names that was not there we had to end up leaving and going to another location. After telling us the wait was going to be 3 hrs with no patients there she stepped out from the back and yelled there is no eating in here alrhough there is no signs up stating that there is no eating. When i explained i had a medical condition she stated o well. She also took other walk-ins before me.
