Just bought a Rav4 Hybrid and I was treated to fast and honest service. No dickering and stuck with the agreed upon deal. Will buy from again if I am in the market for another Toyota.

Extremely disappointed in how this dealership treats its customers. I had my Toyota 4Runner had some issues on the way back home to Lincoln and I had it towed to get it checked out and get a diagnostic done it. After about two weeks of not hearing back from them I contacted them to see have they been able to find the issue and can they send me a estimate before they do any major work on it. After about two weeks of me going back and forth with them on the phone and they continue to lie to me and say they are going to email me over the estimate. I got fed up and decided to go pick up my 4Runner because I was tired of getting the run around for a entire month. When I go to pick up my vehicle I asked them where is the estimate they were supposed to email me and they said they don’t have a diagnostic or estimate for me. This has been the worst experience I have ever have at a Toyota dealership. If you are needing to get any help figuring out what happened to your vehicle DO NOT GO TO THEM they will waste your time.

What a great experience. David (my understanding, the GM?) took my SOS call and dropped what he was doing to help a traveling guest. He was personable and got the guest back on the road without thinking twice. I'm very appreciative of David and his dealership, their customer service was top notch and very helpful. THANK YOU!

Amazing group of people work here. David Facilitated an excellent online/phone negotiation. Eric did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork correct and ready for a fast and thorough transaction . Roy did an exceptionally great job going through the vehicle with my wife and showing here every feature and making sure she was comfortable and more than pleased. Overall an OUTSTANDING experience on a 2016 Certified Pre-owned Highlander Hybrid Platinum Limited.
