This was my first time eating there and the food was smack. The collards were seasoned, Mac and cheese was love, and the yams was on another level. The turkey wing were good could have been a lil better on seasoning and tenderness. The banana pudding was amazing. Will definitely eat here again. One of the hidden gems of Brooklyn.

This place is straight trash. NEVER AGAIN. First of all I paid for 3 drinks, I was charged for them and never received them. The food is HORRIBLE. Burnt overcooked fried shrimp with NO flavor, very very very salty collard greens, horrible Mac & whatever thats suppose to be, and the buy 1 get 1 free chicken dinner looks like dog slop with no gravy and the cabbage is horrible with the dry rice. There goes your black owned business. Always crying for support but can’t ever get anything right.

The inside is totally outdated! But "dem" turkey wings! Is everything! The pork ribs are good too. Only 1 time the mac was aight! Usually it's good. I just discovered the cabbage. Haven't tried it. The fried chicken, and salmon aight.

Yes it's not a double door but you may fit with no problems... Enjoy the 10 pieces whiting special.
Not great. The staff doesn't always wear masks. Therefore customers don't always adhere. To their credit they do temperature checks on staff.

The food is very good. I never noticed the place being dirty. The young people that work their go out of there way to provide good service.
