I've been going here for years and sure before it might have been a nightmare with the excessive wait time but they've drastically improved since then imo.

I have been going to this place since I was 15. I am currently 27, at the beginning yes it was great. But now it has become extremely frustrating when it comes to waiting time. I waited today almost 3 hours for a Pap smear that I wasn’t even due for. The nurses are kind and the young doctors are as well but it just isn’t worth it. I wasted my time and am late for another errand that I needed to get done. I am extremely bothered by the fact that, that was not a concern for them to check when I needed a Pap smear before scheduling me for one. I am going to begin looking for another primary doctor/clinic because this cannot be the best the heights has to offer. They need much more organization.

I'm a psych patient at this clinic -- they have a friendly staff, and great doctors. They also took me in as a patient when I had no insurance, and still provided great care. I feel lucky to live in NYC, where we have access to these services. Thank you CHN!

No

This place is the worst! The front desk is rude the doctors are nice but they don’t want to do their job. And they take forever to write a doctors note.

We have bilingual employees who are certified assistants by the New York State Health Market (NYS Health Market) and alternatively also have a language line for non-bilinguals that can help you.
