The chicken skin was dark like it had been re-fried in old oil. Wasn't the original crispy chicken we were used to. The meat had a bad smell and taste. Wasted $50 this last trip. And the time before less than desired. The reason why I'm leaving the 1 star. Will update if it improves and if I give it another chance.

Ordered an 8 piece meal asked for extra crispy didn't have none. Asked for corn and mashed potatoes. Got Mac and cheese didn't get corn. Ya'll don't close till 11 so why couldn't you make extra crispy. Or give what people ask for. The tender meal was for 25 and the bone in was for 19. So that's why I got charged 25 for bone in meal. Next time will get my chicken elsewhere. Do not recommend this place. Workers were slow and rude.

Great love my KFC bucket of chicken. When I need that hit I go here to get my fix. yum ty staff keep it fresh and friendly we appreciate all you do each day

This location is ALWAYS out of something we want to order. It’s been chicken tenders, biscuits, mac & cheese, chicken breasts, chicken pot pies, today it was cole slaw. We also discovered that now a 12 piece chicken strip bucket costs $22.99, and if you want the combo (which includes 6 biscuits and 3 large sides, and 6 sauces) it will cost you $32.99. This visit we ordered the 12 strip combo and were told they were out of cole slaw, and had to settle for mac & cheese. We also ordered a chicken pot pie, and had to settle for a chicken breast meal. It was 6:25 PM. At 6:47 we asked if our order was ready and were told they now have no mac & cheese. At this point we asked for a refund, and were told they would make more mac & cheese, and give us an extra mac & cheese and double biscuits. We waited another 12 minutes and they said they were sorry and the manager brought out our bag. We got in our car and checked the order, and were missing the extra biscuits, breast, biscuit, and cookie. We went back inside, and showed the error to the cashier, whom went back and returned to tell us there were no more breasts left. We once again said we wanted a refund, and after some discussion, settled for a thigh and 2 legs instead of the breast we paid for and left the store at 7:10 (45 minutes after our order). We ended up with a wing and 2 legs when we arrived home. Also had no honey sauce in the bag. To add to our dissatisfaction, the poor customer in front of us asked for a refund and left the store, the customer behind us told them he wanted a refund if they couldn’t get the mac & cheese finished soon, and another customer came in to order a pot pie and was told they had none, so he just left. We will NEVER return to this KFC again, and want this to be a warning to others..
