Absolutely worse service department/dealership I have ever dealt with! My car engine failed on my Hyundai Tucson’ 2018 out of no where, my car got tow to this dealership since I am from CT! the service department has been giving me the run around for a OVER A MONTH telling me my car will be ready by the end week every time I call for an update to then hear not all my parts have arrived! Like why not be STRAIGHTFORWARD?!! and tell me what is going on!! My car was brought in 8/30/22 and now it's 10/05. Ryan the manager seems to be clueless or just a liar It’s been literally weeks that he keeps telling me that it would be done yet I’m still with out a car or loaner in a different state. Corporate is no help either!! I also met a friend who's been sending me pictures on where my car is and IT HAS NOT BEEN MOVED SINCE IT WAS DROPPED OFF!! As I review the YELP REVIEWS I CAN TELL I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS ISSUE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!

Just not to much of a great experience the effort and customer service of certain people in service department Donovan aspinal could be way much better and there attention to the customers needs especially when it comes to your car and your time very important! Customers should always be priority! My days are planned out as work wise and I am told something in specific before I go to dealer and once I get there it’s something totally different and now lost time money and it’s just not fair it’s not right I do my part with completing my task but I do not get that in return. I have been nothing but kind and patient but it’s out of control now

The entire team at Central Ave Hyundai performed very well meeting or exceeding my expectations when I had my Accent serviced. As expected the technician's work was A+. Both at check in and when I met with a rep., I was treated fairly and with respect. Finally, coffee and, bagels & cream cheese, were a treat.
